End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, solely to access studio booking and account features for personal, non-commercial use related to tutoring services.

2. Licence restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app except as allowed by law.
• Do not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with app or backend services.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

3. Ownership

The app, including its design, code, branding, and content (other than your account data), remains the property of Stellenbosch Maths Studio or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

4. App Store / Play Store terms

If you downloaded the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app’s content, maintenance, or support, except as required by their store policies.

5. Updates and availability

We may provide updates that modify or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” to facilitate booking and account management for real-world tutoring services. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in our Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellenbosch Maths Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is suspected. On termination you must stop using the app and delete copies from your devices.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

10. Related terms

Use of studio services through the app is also governed by our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about service bookings or payments, the Terms of Service control for those subjects; this EULA controls software licence terms.
