Delete Account
If you want your parent account and related personal information removed, submit the form below. It opens an email to our studio support address so we can verify and process your request.
How deletion works
- Complete the form and send the email to heleen.math4all@gmail.com.
- We verify the request using your registered WhatsApp / mobile number.
- We delete or anonymise account data within 30 days of verification, unless we must keep limited records for legal, accounting, or dispute reasons.
What is deleted
- Parent account profile (display name, WhatsApp / mobile number, sign-in access)
- Learner profiles linked to that account
- Active package credits, bookings, waitlist entries, and focus notes tied to the account
- Push-notification tokens and in-app account settings
What may be retained
- Payment / invoice records required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance
- Limited support correspondence about the deletion request
- Anonymised operational logs that no longer identify you
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel unpaid obligations or reverse completed in-person tutoring already delivered.
